Write a poem about: Clouds

“Clouds are pillows blanketing the sky.” – Mo

Clouds

Let the sky shower

in the new day it rains in.

Let it clothe itself

in garments gray or white.

Let the sky rest its head

on soft white pillows

and its body up

under a feathery blanket.

Let the sky drift

off to sleep

counting the puffs of sheep.

Original – Clouds

Let the sky come rest its head

on its soft white pillows.

Let it curl up its body

on its feathery, full blanket.

Let the sky drift to sleep

as it counts the puffy sheep.

Let it shower in the morning

as the new day rains in.

Let the sky clothe itself

in grays and whites by day and night.
