30 Days of Gratitude Challenge: Day 23
Today, thank God for the gift of your life. Spend quiet time in prayer today, asking Him what He wants you to do with this beautiful life He has given you.
I used to ask God this every day. Over the last 7 months I haven’t really been asking myself that question. And it feels really, really good to be in this place right now where I am not completely wondering what it is that He wants me to do with this beautiful life that He has given me.
I am just enjoying this moment. I am sure it will pass in time and I will have to hop back into the whole “God, what do you want me to do with my life?” ceaseless question. But for now I can take a deep breath in and breath it out feeling so sure that I am where He wants me to be right now.
Thank you God for this beautiful life! Thank you for this beautiful moment! Thank you for this gift of life. Please help me to live it the way you wish for me to live it. Amen.
I’m absorbing all these baby snuggles, smiles, squeals, and joy and I am so thankful and grateful to have such a beautiful life –my own and my daughter’s.
